Would you like to visit the Thames Valley Police Museum ? The Police Museum is situated within Sulhamstead House (Sulhamstead, Nr Reading RG7 4DX) The building dates back to 1744 and the Museum contains history relating to Thames Valley Police and the 5 constituent forces that amalgamated to form it on the 01/04/1968. We have original artefacts relating to the Great Train Robbery (1963), Amelia DYER (1896) & the Denham Murders (1870). We also have are large collection of police uniform & equipment on display.
The Museum is open for non-appointment visitors on the below dates:
