3. Briefing from District Councillor Mackinnon
   The Parish Council had some concerns with regard to the Four Houses Corner Caravan Site application as follows:
   • The actual number of people that would be on the site (especially with regard to the DEPZ (Detailed Emergency Planning Zone) around AWE);
   • Site security;
   • The overall cost of the decontamination of the previous site;
   • The on-going costs of maintaining the site (which seemed to be disproportionate for the number of people and facilities provided).
4. Other outstanding issues from previous meetings
   • Permitted size of house extensions (under current planning regulations);
   • WBC CIL funding for the playpark;
   • Removal of black bin liners from Island Farm Road;
   • Parish Plan
   •  Koi Carp Shop
5. Review of Post/ Any Other Business

The date of the next Parish Council Meeting is Thursday 28 September at 7pm, Sulhamstead & Ufton Nervet Village Hall
